1. About Us

Mitansh Foundation is a public charitable trust registered in India under Trust Reg No. 43/2020/BK4, holding valid 12A (AAGTM5205ME20221), 80G (AAGTM5205MF20221), CSR (CSR00053823), and NGO Darpan (UA/2023/023729) registrations. PAN: AAGTM5205M.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

3. Use of Website

4. Donations

All donations are made voluntarily and represent a contribution to our charitable mission. By donating, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The funds you donate come from legitimate sources
• The information you provide (name, PAN, address) is accurate and complete
• You are donating in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any organisation, unless you have authority to do so
• You understand that 80G tax exemption is subject to applicable Income Tax Act provisions

Donations from foreign nationals or NRIs require FCRA compliance — please contact us before donating.

5. 80G Tax Exemption

Donations of ₹500 and above are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. For donations of ₹2,000 and above, providing your PAN is mandatory. We issue 80G receipts via email within 7 working days of receiving the donation and PAN details.

6. Programs & Registrations

When you register for any program (e.g. Student Corner workshops), you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details
• Pay applicable fees promptly (if any)
• Follow the code of conduct laid out by program organisers
• Accept that program timings, content, and instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, graphics, videos, audio, and code — is the property of Mitansh Foundation or used with permission, and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our content without prior written consent. You may share links to our pages on social media or in personal communications.

8. User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content (testimonials, photos, messages) to us, you grant Mitansh Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for our charitable, educational, and promotional purposes. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, without notice.
